-Do I own the boots after 4-months?
Sadly not. This is not a rent-to-own program. As long as your subscription stays active, you can wear and use the boots. At each four-month interval you will be given the opportunity to keep using the boots, swap them, or buy them at a “pre-owned” price.
- How long can I keep the boots?
You must keep the boots for a minimum of 4-months. But you can keep them longer if you wish.
-How do I return the boots back to get another pair?
All boots will arrive in a box with instructions on how to return. Returns will be at the customer’s expense, using a tracked postage service. The return address will be placed in the original shipment package. (For reference, Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For is £4.70.) Please give a minimum of 1-weeks’ notice informing us as to when you will return the boots. (Minimum 4-months, unless damaged.)
